Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the website and courses of CA Santosh Pal Classes. By enrolling in a course or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
CA Santosh Pal Classes is a proprietorship concern with its office at SCO-49, 2nd Floor, Sector 31, HUDA Market, Faridabad, Haryana — 121003, holding GSTIN 06EIEPK0969Q1ZL. In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to CA Santosh Pal Classes, and "you" refers to the person enrolling in or using our courses.
Our courses are intended for persons aged 18 years and above. If you are below 18, you may enrol and use the courses only with the consent and under the supervision of your parent or legal guardian, who will be responsible for your compliance with these Terms.
On enrolment you receive access to the course for the validity period of the plan you have chosen — 3 Months, 1 Year, or Lifetime. Access is provided through your registered account on our mobile application and website.
Lifetime access means access for as long as we continue to offer that course on our platform. It is linked to the course, not to any fixed number of years. If we permanently discontinue a course, we will give registered Lifetime users reasonable prior notice by email, WhatsApp or an in-app message so that they can complete their learning.
Access is personal to you and cannot be transferred, gifted or resold to another person.
Course content is provided for your personal and educational use only. Recording, downloading, redistributing, reselling, uploading or publicly sharing any video, note or test material is strictly prohibited.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. Account sharing is not permitted. Where we detect account sharing, unauthorised distribution, or any other breach of this clause, we may suspend or terminate your access without a refund.
All course material — including videos, notes, tests, images and the design of this website — is the property of CA Santosh Pal Classes and is protected under applicable copyright law. Any unauthorised use may lead to civil and criminal action.
Course fees must be paid in full at the time of purchase. All fees are stated in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Access is granted immediately after the payment is successfully received.
We follow a No Refund Policy, subject to the limited exceptions set out in our Cancellation and Refund Policy. We strongly recommend that you watch the free demo classes before enrolling.
We may update or improve course content from time to time, particularly when laws such as GST or income tax rules change. Any updates released during the validity period of your plan are provided free of charge. Lifetime plan holders receive all future updates to that course free of charge, for as long as the course remains available under clause 3.
Our courses are educational in nature. They explain accounting practice, the law, the rules and the software procedure as we understand them on the date the content is recorded, and they are not a substitute for professional advice on your own or your employer's or client's specific facts.
Accounting standards, tax laws, rates and software versions change from time to time, and their application depends on the facts of each case. Before acting on anything taught in a course — including passing any entry, preparing any book of account, filing any return or making any payment — you are responsible for verifying the current position and, where appropriate, obtaining advice from a qualified professional.
We do not accept responsibility for any entry passed, account prepared, return filed, position taken, notice received, interest, penalty or loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the course content.
Our courses are delivered through a third-party learning platform and are dependent on internet connectivity. We aim to keep the service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Access may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, technical faults, or matters outside our reasonable control. Short interruptions of this kind do not entitle you to a refund or an extension, although we will make reasonable efforts to restore access promptly.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with a course or these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have actually paid to us for that course. We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits, loss of business, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
Nothing in these Terms limits any liability which cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if you share or distribute course content, or if your payment is reversed or charged back. Where access is terminated for such a reason, no refund will be payable.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page, with the date of the last update shown at the top. Your continued use of the courses after such an update means you accept the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary, or severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or our courses is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Faridabad, Haryana.
