3. Duplicate or Incorrect Purchase

If you accidentally purchase the same course twice, or a payment error occurs, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase. We will review such genuine cases and resolve them fairly.

4. Access Issues

If you are unable to access your course after payment, please contact us immediately by call or WhatsApp. We will restore your access as quickly as possible — this is not treated as a refund case; we ensure you receive the access you paid for.
