Cancellation and Refund Policy

At CA Santosh Pal Classes we are committed to providing quality practical education. Please read this policy carefully before enrolling. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.

1. No Refund

Course fees are non-refundable, except in the limited circumstances set out in clauses 3 and 4 below. As soon as your payment is received you are given full digital access to the course, and the course content becomes available to you immediately. For this reason, all purchases are final.

Refunds are not available on the ground that you have changed your mind, that you no longer have time to study, that you did not use the course during its validity period, or that the course did not meet an expectation which was not stated on our website.

2. Why We Offer Free Demo Classes

We publish free demo classes for every course so that you can judge the teaching style, the depth of the content and the quality before you pay anything. The complete topic list is also published on our website. Please watch the demos in full and review the topic list before enrolling.

3. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments

If you accidentally pay twice for the same course, or pay for the wrong course, please write to us at casantoshpalclasses@gmail.com or contact us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of the payment, quoting your registered mobile number and the transaction reference.

Where we are satisfied that a duplicate or incorrect payment has been made, we will either transfer the amount to the correct course or refund it, as you prefer. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days of approval. The time taken by your bank or card issuer to credit the amount is beyond our control.

4. Payment Deducted but Access Not Received

If an amount has been debited from your account but you have not received course access, please contact us immediately with the transaction reference. We will verify the payment with our payment gateway. If access can be provided, we will activate it; if the transaction has genuinely failed at the gateway's end, the amount is usually reversed automatically by your bank, and where it is not, we will arrange a refund on the same timeline as clause 3.

5. Access Issues

If you are unable to log in or open your course after payment, please contact us by call or WhatsApp. We will restore your access as quickly as possible. This is not treated as a refund case — our commitment is to ensure that you receive the access you have paid for.

6. Cancellation

Because course access is granted immediately on payment, an enrolment cannot be cancelled once it has been completed. You may, of course, simply stop using the course at any time; no further amount will be charged to you, as our plans are one-time payments and not recurring subscriptions.

8. Governing Law

This Cancellation and Refund Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising in connection with this policy is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Faridabad, Haryana.
