We do not knowingly collect any sensitive personal information such as bank account credentials, card numbers or identity documents. Card and payment details are handled directly by our payment gateway and are not stored by us.

• To respond to your enquiries by call, WhatsApp or email, and to follow up with you about a course you have asked about.

If you contact us on WhatsApp or by telephone, you may receive follow-up messages or calls from our team about the course you enquired about. You may ask us to stop such messages at any time, and we will do so.

We keep your enrolment and payment records for as long as your course access is active, and thereafter for the period required under applicable tax and accounting laws. Enquiry records that do not result in an enrolment are kept only for as long as they are needed to respond to and follow up on your enquiry. You may ask us to delete your information earlier, and we will do so unless we are required by law to retain it.
